MORNING. AT 12:30 AM...THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS EXTENDED FROM RIFLE
SOUTH ACROSS GRAND MESA. SOME AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE INTERSTATE 70
BETWEEN RIFLE AND EAGLE...AND HIGHWAY 133 SOUTH OF CARBONDALE...AND
HIGHWAY 82. WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE SHOWERS.
