THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SLOWLY TO THE NE AT ABOUT 10 MPH.

HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING ARE THE MAIN THREATS FROM THESE STORMS.
RUNOFF IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN EAST AND WEST DOUGLAS CREEK.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF NORTHWESTERN ROAN
AND TAVAPUTS PLATEAUS...SOUTH CENTRAL LOWER YAMPA RIVER BASIN AND
