BE SLOW WITH AN INCREASE IN COVERAGE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS.

MEEKER...RANGELY...BUFORD...MASSADONA AND BLUE MOUNTAIN.

EXPECT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WITH WIND GUSTS OF 30 TO 40 MPH
