EAST AT 20 TO 25 MPH. ANOTHER THUNDERSTORM IS 20 MILES SOUTH OF
MEEKER. EXPECT SMALL HAIL...HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS WITH THESE
STORMS. NORMAL DRY STREAMS MAY BEGIN TO FLOW.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF RIO BLANCO COUNTY.
