WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...    DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
AND SMALL HAIL WERE OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM TO THE WEST OF COLONA.
WATER RUNOFF WILL RUN TOWARDS HIGHWAY 550 BETWEEN MONTROSE AND
COLONA.
