HAVE LET THE DENSE FOG ADVISORY EXPIRE AT 11 AM.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN QUARTER MILE
  AT TIMES. SLICK ROADS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE DUE TO FREEZING FOG.
