* TIMING: THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN 6 AND 7
  AM MDT.

* TEMPERATURE...WILL RANGE FROM MID TO UPPER 20S IN THE LOWER
  ELEVATIONS OF THE VALLEYS...WITH UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S IN THE
  HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD FROST MAY DAMAGE BUDS ON BLOSSOMING TREES
  AND PLANTS.
