FREEZE WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...FROM 3 AM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH 9 AM TUESDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURE...IN THE MID 20 TO LOWER 30S.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD KILLING FREEZE WILL KILL SENSITIVE
  VEGETATION. EVAPORATIVE COOLERS WILL NEED TO BE DRAINED OF ANY
  PAN WATER.
