* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
  STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...BUFFETING WINDS COULD BE A TRAVEL HAZARD FOR HIGH
  PROFILE AND LIGHT VEHICLES. IN ADDITION...TRASH CANS...LAWN
  FURNITURE...AND OTHER LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR OBJECTS COULD BE
  DISPLACED.
