ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM MDT THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...GUSTY WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON. THE
  STRONGEST WIND GUSTS WILL OCCUR LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH. ISOLATED
  STRONGER GUSTS ARE POSSIBLE NEAR SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS.

* IMPACTS...SIGNIFICANT BLOWING DUST WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES
  AND DEPOSIT ANOTHER LAYER OF DUST ON SNOW. THE STRONG WINDS
  WILL ESPECIALLY AFFECT TRAVEL FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
