ACROSS WESTERN COLORADO...

IN GRAND JUNCTION, AT THE REGIONAL AIRPORT, THE LOW TEMPERATURE THIS
MORNING WAS 28 DEGREES.  THIS SET A NEW RECORD LOW TEMPERATURE FOR
OCTOBER 15, BREAKING THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 30 SET IN 1952.

ACROSS EASTERN UTAH...

AT CANYONLANDS, THE NEEDLES, THE LOW WAS 25 DEGREES. THE SET A NEW
RECORD LOW, BREAKING THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 27, SET IN 1966.

IN THE CASTLE VALLEY AREA, THE LOW WAS 30, TYING THE RECORD LOW FOR
THE DAY, LAST SET IN 1986.

AT THE DINOSAUR NATIONAL MONUMENT, QUARRY AREA, THE LOW WAS 22,
TYING THE RECORD LOW, LAST SET IN 2002.

AT THE NATURAL BRIDGES NATIONAL MONUMENT, THE LOW WAS 27, TYING THE
RECORD LOW FOR THE DAY, LAST SET IN 1984.
