AT CORTEZ, THE HIGH TEMPERATURE WEDNESDAY WAS 98 DEGREES. THIS TIED
THE PREVIOUS RECORD OF 98, LAST SET IN 2003.

AT CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK THE NECK OBSERVATION POINT, THE HIGH
TEMPERATURE WEDNESDAY WAS 100 DEGREES. THIS TIED THE PREVIOUS RECORD
OF 100, LAST SET IN 1989.
