Across Western Colorado...

Near Collbran, the high temperature was 97 degrees. This set a new
record high for June 21, breaking the previous record of 96, set in
1954.

At Colorado National Monument, the high temperature was 104 degrees.
This set a new record high for June 21, breaking the previous record
of 101, set in 1961.

Near Craig, the high was 95 degrees, tying the record high for the
date, last set in 1936.

At Gateway, the high temperature yesterday was 101 degrees. This
tied the record high for June 21, set in 2015.

At Grand Junction, the high temperature was 104 degrees. This set a
new record high for June 21, breaking the previous record of 101,
set in 2015.

At Hayden, the high temperature was 96. This set a new record high
for June 21, breaking the previous record of 94, set in 1936.

At Massadona, the high temperature was 99. This set a new record
high for June 21, breaking the previous record of 98, set in 2015.

At Montrose, the high temperature was 98. This set a new record high
for June 21, breaking the previous record of 97, set in 2015.

At Orchard Mesa, the high temperature was 103 degrees. This set a
new record high for June 21, breaking the previous record of 101,
