WIDESPREAD CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS. THEREFORE...A RED
FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF EASTERN UTAH AND
WESTERN COLORADO FROM NOON TO 9 PM MDT.

MOISTURE WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA FROM SOUTH TO
NORTH ON SUNDAY LEADING TO THE POTENTIAL FOR THE FIRST
THUNDERSTORMS AFTER A PROLONGED HOT AND DRY PERIOD. DRY LIGHTNING
FROM A NUMBER OF DEVELOPING STORMS IS THE MAIN CONCERN. IN
ADDITION GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL AGAIN DEVELOP OVER NORTHEAST
UTAH AND NORTHWEST COLORADO IN THE AFTERNOON...AND ERRATIC
THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS WILL BY LIKELY FOR OTHER AREAS BY LATE
