  VALLEY FORECAST AREA BELOW 9000 FEET.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...12 TO 17 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...CONDITIONS WILL BECOME FAVORABLE FOR RAPID FIRE
