MOISTURE WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE ACROSS THE AREA FROM SOUTH TO
NORTH ON SUNDAY LEADING TO THE POTENTIAL FOR THE FIRST
THUNDERSTORMS AFTER A PROLONGED HOT AND DRY PERIOD. DRY LIGHTNING
FROM DEVELOPING STORMS IS THE MAIN CONCERN. IN ADDITION GUSTY
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL AGAIN DEVELOP OVER EAST-CENTRAL UTAH AND
NORTHWEST COLORADO IN THE AFTERNOON.  ERRATIC THUNDERSTORM
