FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO, HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER
SYNOPSIS.

A LARGE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL ROCKIES THROUGH THE WEEKEND. AS IT DOES, A COUPLE OF WEATHER
DISTURBANCES ALONG WITH DECENT MOISTURE WILL KEEP A GOOD CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE
FORECAST AREA THROUGH THIS EVENING. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.

SOMEWHAT DRIER AIR WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA FOR SUNDAY, BUT STILL
EXPECT SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS, MAINLY OVER THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS. TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE WEEKEND WILL REMAIN BELOW
NORMAL.
