FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO, HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER
SYNOPSIS.

WINTER WEATHER WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN POSTED
TODAY AND TONIGHT FOR MANY HIGHER ELEVATION LOCATIONS OF EASTERN
UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO, FOR HEAVY SNOW. UPPER LEVEL WINDS WILL
TURN TO THE SOUTHWEST ON THURSDAY AS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
PUSHES SOUTH ALONG THE WEST COAST. THIS SYSTEM WILL KEEP OUR WEATHER
UNSETTLED AS IT SLOWLY MOVES INLAND, AND SOUTH OF THE 4 CORNERS AREA
OVER THE COMING WEEKEND. A BREAK IN THE WEATHER THIS WEEKEND GIVES
WAY TO MORE ACTIVE WEATHER EARLY NEXT WEEK.
