SYNOPSIS.

LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL END THRU THE AFTERNOON AS A WEAK
DISTURBANCE EXITS TO THE NORTHEAST. THE NEXT STORM SYSTEM WILL BRING
A BETTER CHANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW TO THE AREA WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
DRY CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR ON FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BRIEFLY SLIDES
