FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO, HERE IS THE LATEST WEATHER
SYNOPSIS.

A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM PUSHING INTO THE FORECAST AREA FROM THE
NORTHWEST IS BRINGING RAIN AND SNOW TO MUCH OF THE REGION TODAY.
WINTER WEATHER WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES ARE IN EFFECT FOR MOST
MOUNTAINS OF THE REGION FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW
LEADING TO HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. DRIER AIR WILL MOVE IN
THURSDAY NIGHT, BRINGING A DRY DAY FRIDAY. A WEAK DISTURBANCE WILL
LIKELY KICK OFF SOME LIGHT SNOW OVER THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS OF
NORTHWEST COLORADO FRIDAY NIGHT, FOLLOWED BY A DRY AND WARMER DAY
SATURDAY.
