...ANOTHER POWERFUL WEEKEND STORM FOR SOUTHWEST COLORADO...

.AN UPPER LEVEL STORM WILL SETTLE OVER CALIFORNIA ON FRIDAY
PRODUCING A MOIST AND UNSETTLED SOUTHWEST FLOW OVER THE SOUTHERN
FORECAST AREA INTO THE NEW WEEK. THE SOUTHWEST SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS
ARE FAVORED WITH THIS STORM WITH NEIGHBORING MOUNTAINS EXPECTED
TO GET SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL. SNOW LEVELS ARE ONE OF THE
UNCERTAINTIES WITH THIS STORM. THE SOUTHERN VALLEYS MAY SEE SOME
AFTERNOON MELTING OR A CHANGE TO AFTERNOON RAIN SHOWERS. MORE SNOW
IS EXPECTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK.
