* SNOW ACCUMULATION...LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS DOWN TO 7500 FEET WITH
  2-5 INCHES ABOVE 9000 FEET.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST AT 7 TO 12 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES IN MODERATE
  SNOW SHOWERS.

* IMPACTS...ROADWAYS ABOVE 9000 FEET ARE LIKELY TO BECOME SLUSHY
