* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN SUNDAY MORNING WITH THE GREATEST
  ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED TO OCCUR SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 16 INCHES POSSIBLE.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW AND WILL IMPACT TRAVEL ACROSS THE
  MOUNTAINS. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
