...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM MDT
FRIDAY...

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...Manila and Dutch John.

* TIMING...Snow will begin early this morning and persist into
  Friday. The heaviest snow will fall during the early hours of
  this morning.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...4 to 8 inches with locally higher amounts.

* SNOW LEVEL...Above 9,000 feet.

* WINDS...North 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* IMPACTS...Mountain passes will be icy and snowpacked with
  hazardous travel conditions likely. Back country travel will
  also be difficult.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and/or
blowing snow will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving.

FRIDAY...

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...Columbine, Hahns Peak, Toponas, Aspen,
  Vail, Snowmass, Crested Butte, Taylor Park, Marble, Buford,
  Trappers Lake, Telluride, Ouray, Lake City, Silverton, Rico,
  and Hesperus.

* TIMING...Snow will begin to accumulate late this morning. The
  greatest accumulations will be from this afternoon through
  this evening.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...6 to 12 inches with locally higher amounts
  above 12,000 feet elevation.

* SNOW LEVEL...Above 9,000 feet.

* WINDS...Northwest 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* IMPACTS...Mountain passes will be icy and snowpacked with
  hazardous travel conditions likely. Back country travel will
  also be difficult.

  greatest accumulations will be from this afternoon through
  Wednesday evening.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...3 to 7 inches with locally higher amounts.

* SNOW LEVEL...Above 8500 feet.

* WINDS...Northwest 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* IMPACTS...Mountain passes will be icy and snowpacked with
  hazardous travel conditions likely. Back country travel will
  also be difficult.
