...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MDT
MONDAY ABOVE 9500 FEET...

* TIMING...A COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE MOVING THROUGH THE NORTHERN
  COLORADO MOUNTAINS THIS EVENING. SCATTERED RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS
  WILL TURN TO ALL SNOW ABOVE 9500 FEET AND CONTINUE AT AND ABOVE
  THE MOUNTAIN PASSES THROUGH SUNRISE.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...2 TO 5 INCHES ABOVE 9500 FEET. LESSER
  AMOUNTS BELOW THIS LEVEL TO THE MOUNTAIN BASES INCLUDING THE
  CITY OF VAIL WHERE AN INCH OR LESS IS EXPECTED.

* SNOW LEVEL...LOWERING TO 7000 FEET BY SUNRISE.

* WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THE RECENT WARM SPELL MAY ALLOW ROADWAYS TO MELT THE
  SNOW INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. HOWEVER AS TEMPERATURES FALL
  INTO THE UPPER 20S BY SUNRISE...VAIL AND RABBIT EARS PASSES WILL
  BECOME ICY AND POSSIBLY SNOW PACKED. TRAVEL CAREFULLY OVER THE
  NORTHERN MOUNTAIN PASSES AND BE PREPARED FOR HAZARDOUS ROAD
  CONDITIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW AND/OR
BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.
