.DISCUSSION...
Cold downsloping flow today. Winds will be out of the northeast and will
weaken as the day continues. RH/s will drop as the day continues, reaching
around 30 percent this afternoon. Expect skies to clear this morning with
sunny skies this afternoon and mostly clear skies overnight. Temperatures
will be below freezing tonight into Thursday.
   Smoke dispersal should be good for most of the day. As winds weaken and
high pressure builds and temperatures drop this evening smoke dispersal will
become poor.
