Rain was falling at a rate of up to 2 inches per hour and is nearly stationary. Periods of moderate to heavy rain will likely continue over the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hawaiian Paradise Park, Hawaiian Acres, Pahoa, Orchidlands Estates, Volcano, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Eden Roc, Fern Acres, Kalapana, Fern Forest, Ainaloa, Leilani Estates, Nanawale Estates, Hawaiian Beaches, Isaac Hale Beach Park and Kapoho.
