.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM including
Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Moderate to occasionally strong northeast winds will develop
behind a departing cold front this morning, with a few showers
lingering behind the boundary that should depart not long after
sunrise. A Small Craft Advisory will be in effect this morning as
winds reach 20 to 25 knots. Winds will relax by Monday with
onshore flow redeveloping on Tuesday. Look for gradually
increasing southeast winds and seas as the week progresses.
