The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Madison County in north central Alabama...
  Southern Lincoln County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 430 AM CDT.

* At 341 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles north of
  Ardmore, or 9 miles southeast of Pulaski, moving southeast at 55
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fayetteville, Moores Mill, Meridianville, Hazel Green, New Market,
  Lincoln, Elkwood, Plevna, Dellrose, and Elora.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM CDT for north central
and northeastern Alabama...and Middle Tennessee.
