At 1105 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Suwannee River State Park to near Dowling Park to 17 miles southwest of Perry. Movement was east southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and minor flooding due to heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible. Locations impacted include... Live Oak, Dowling Park, Obrien, Mcalpin, Luraville, Branford, Hildreth, Newburn, and Houston. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
