Even with some clouds in the area, there is plenty of sunshine
along the island chain this morning with temperatures currently in
the upper 70s, and dew points in the lower 60s. Surface winds out
of the east are still between 10 and 15 mph, with occasional gusts
between 20 and 25 mph, but this helps to keep the air from feeling
heavy and stagnant. These conditions will prevail through the day
today, and no changes are being made to the forecast package at
this time.

High pressure will continue to slide into the west-
central Atlantic. Moderate to occasionally fresh, mainly easterly
breezes will continue across the Florida Keys coastal waters
through the middle of the week. A secondary high pressure moving
in from the the Gulf and eventually over Florida will result in
modestly slackened east to southeast breezes for the end of the
week and into the weekend.

VFR and dry conditions will prevail at both island terminals through
the TAF period. Near surface east winds will pick up with gusty
conditions of near 20 knots through tonight.
