FOR SOUTHWESTERN ST. TAMMANY PARISH...

At 913 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Covington,
moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Covington, Abita Springs, Madisonville, and Lacombe.

This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 53 and 77.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
