For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high over eastern New York will slide
across New England and weaken tonight. A warm front will move
northeast across the lake late tonight through Wednesday morning.
A 29.5 inch low over the mid section of the nation Wednesday will
move to the Ohio Valley Thursday then off the east coast Thursday
night and Friday. A weak 29.8 ridge will then slide across the
lake Friday night, with a 29.6 inch trough then forecast to
approach the Lower Great Lakes Saturday. A 29.9 inch high will
move into the Great Lakes region Sunday.

15 knots. Waves 2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming east. A chance
of showers in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of
showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
