Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 21Z, or 2 PM PDT, a 1033 mb surface high was
centered 400 NM west of Portland, Oregon and extending to a 1028 mb
ridge in western Montana. A 1006 mb surface low was located over
southeastern California and extending to northwest across the
southern California mountains. Winds will slowly diminish across
the northern and outer coastal waters tonight.
