...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Tidal Potomac from Key Bridge to Indian Head MD...

At 311 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Key Bridge,
moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
         Hail may damage your vessel.

Locations impacted include...
Tidal Basin, Reagan National Airport, Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Key
Bridge, National Harbor, Alexandria, and Fort Washington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this storm passes.
Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, large hail, high waves, dangerous
lightning, and heavy rain are possible with this storm.
