...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and eastern Arkansas, including the
  following counties, in central Arkansas, Garland, Lonoke, Prairie,
  Pulaski and Saline. In eastern Arkansas, Monroe.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Several additional rounds of heavy rainfall are expected
    during this watch period.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, southeast, and southwest Arkansas,
  including the following counties, in central Arkansas, Grant. In
  southeast Arkansas, Arkansas, Bradley, Cleveland, Desha, Drew,
  Jefferson and Lincoln. In southwest Arkansas, Calhoun, Clark,
  Dallas, Hot Spring, Ouachita and Pike.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An active weather pattern will continue to drive several
    rounds of heavy rainfall through at least Wednesday night.
    Most of the watch area has already received one to two inches
    of rain in the past day, with additional rainfall amounts of
    3-4 inches still possible across much of southern Arkansas
    through Wednesday night.
