.DISCUSSION...
Biggest fire concerns will occur today toward the Pecos River
Valley as very low humidity combines with strong winds. Winds
subside overnight tonight, but very dry conditions will remain.
Overnight recoveries tonight will be in the teens and 20s, except
across eastern counties, which be east of the dryline. By tomorrow
afternoon, all locations will see single-digit min RH values, but
winds not be as strong, topping out 10 to 20 MPH. Portions of the
Guadalupe and Brokeoff Mountains look to see near critical
conditions with elevated elsewhere as a result.
