The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Mississippi Sound...
  North Mobile Bay...
  Perdido Bay Area...
  South Mobile Bay...

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1142 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms capable of producing
  waterspouts were located along a line extending from 23 nm
  northwest of Dog River Bridge to 8 nm northwest of Grand Bay to
  near Pascagoula, moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gaillard Island, Pinto Island, East Fowl River Bridge, Grand Bay,
  Bon Secour Bay, Middle Bay Light, Mississippi Sound East Of
  Pascagoula, Heron Bay, Battleship Park, and Point Clear.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for southwestern
Alabama...northwestern Florida...and the adjacent coastal waters.

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
