.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build in
from the W and NW tonight. A cold front will reach the NW waters
Mon, then push E across the northern California waters and will
move inland Mon night. A coastal trough will develop along the
southern California coast Mon night, then extend north Tue. The
trough will persist Tue into Thu night along California coast,
then weaken on Fri into Fri night. Please be advised that the
USCG remote communications facility at Cambria is experiencing
technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We
