* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 20 kt
  with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 ft. For the Gale
  Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and
  seas 7 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ
  out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Manasquan Inlet to Little Egg
  Inlet NJ out 20 nm, Coastal waters from Little Egg Inlet to
  Great Egg Inlet NJ out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Great Egg
  Inlet to Cape May NJ out 20 nm.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon
  EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
