...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING
TO 6 PM PDT SUNDAY ABOVE 4000 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. Total snow accumulations
  of 3 to 8 inches, except up to 14 inches above 5000 ft. Winds
  gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...West Slopes of the Northern and Central Oregon
  Cascades.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 6 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
