Strengthening high pressure will provide dry conditions, light
breezes, and well above average temperatures through midweek.
Changes are anticipated for the second half of the week as another
low pressure system approaches the West Coast. This would yield
periods of gusty winds, cooler temperatures, mountain snow and
valley rain showers along with isolated thunderstorm chances.
