* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt. Seas 6
  to 10 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican
  Border and out to 30 nm.

* WHEN...Through 7 AM Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds and highest seas will
  occur beyond 15 nautical miles offshore.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
