...Notable but below river flood levels expected on the Llano
River...

For the Llano River at Mason:
  * At 145 PM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 11.53 feet.
  * Action Stage:   11.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    18.0 feet.
  * Forecast: River will remain steady in Action Stage this
  afternoon and evening, then crest near 16ft overnight before
  falling again on Friday.


For the Llano River at Junction:
  * At 130 PM CDT Thursday the observed stage was 13.71 feet.
  * Action Stage:   12.0 feet.
  * Flood Stage:    16.0 feet.
  * Forecast: River will fall below Action Stage this afternoon or
  evening and continue falling overnight.
