* At 323 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over The
  Intersection Of Highway 208 And Ranch Road 2662, or 7 miles south
  of Robert Lee, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
