...THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CARIBBEAN WATERS...

At 45 PM, the Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms
developing across portions of the Caribbean waters and the Anegada
Passage, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
occasional lightning. These thunderstorms were nearly stationary
over open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
