THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GRAY MAINE HAS ISSUED AN

* AIRPORT WEATHER WARNING FOR GROUND OPERATIONS AT
  MANCHESTER-BOSTON REGIONAL AIRPORT

* UNTIL 700 AM EST TUESDAY

* FOR THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS...
  SUSTAINED NORTH WIND 27 KNOTS OR GREATER.
  WIND GUSTS 40 KNOTS OR HIGHER.
  VISIBILITY OF 1/4 MILE OR LESS.
  SNOWFALL RATES OF ONE INCH PER HOUR OR GREATER.

AN INTENSE BAND OF SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO MOVE NORTH THROUGH
SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND OVERNIGHT AND BEGIN AFFECTING MANCHESTER
BETWEEN 05Z AND 09Z. THIS SNOWFALL BAND MAY PRODUCE SNOWFALL RATES
OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WITH VISIBILITY 1/4 MILE OR LESS FOR A FEW
HOURS. LOW VISIBILITY AND SNOW MAY LAST INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

IN ADDITION TO THE SNOW... NORTHERLY WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN OVERNIGHT
AND GUST AS HIGH AS 45 KT TUESDAY.

MORE INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. A NEW AIRPORT WEATHER WARNING
MAY BE ISSUED AS THESE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS BEGIN IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
MORE INFORMATION ON THE ENDING TIME OF THE ADVERSE CONDITIONS.
