* SURF...SURF ALONG NORTH FACING SHORES WILL BE 15 TO 20 FEET
  THIS MORNING, LOWERING TO 10 TO 14 FEET LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SURF WILL BE TRENDING LOWER THROUGH TODAY.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE...EXPECT STRONG BREAKING WAVES, SHORE
  BREAK, AND STRONG LONGSHORE AND RIP CURRENTS MAKING SWIMMING
  DIFFICULT AND DANGEROUS.
