* TIMING...AROUND HIGH TIDE. HIGH TIDE AT WASHINGTON CHANNEL WAS
  AT 9:05 AM...AND ALEXANDRIA WAS AT 9:23 AM.

* EXPECTED IMPACTS...MINOR INUNDATION OF LOW LYING SHORELINE...
  SUCH AS THE EASTERN END OF KING STREET IN OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA
  AND ALONG EAST POTOMAC PARK AND THE GEORGETOWN BOARDWALK IN
  WASHINGTON DC.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

ALL TIDE HEIGHTS ARE RELATIVE TO MEAN LOWER LOW WATER. TIME OF
HIGH TOTAL TIDES ARE APPROXIMATE TO THE NEAREST HOUR.
