MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT. THE COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS NO LONGER IN
EFFECT.

* TIDAL ANOMALY...1.5 TO 2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL...INCREASING TO 2
  FEET BY FRIDAY EVENING.

* TIMING...AT LEAST MINOR FLOODING THROUGH SATURDAY. MODERATE
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED AROUND HIGH TIDES FRIDAY AND IS POSSIBLE
