* LOCATIONS...SHORELINE IN ST. MARYS COUNTY.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...ABOUT 1 FOOT ABOVE NORMAL.

* TIMING...AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE. THE NEXT HIGH TIDES AT
  POINT LOOKOUT WILL BE AT 5:17 PM TODAY AND 5:12 AM EARLY MONDAY
  MORNING. THE NEXT HIGH TIDES AT PINEY POINT WILL BE AT 6:00 PM
  TODAY AND 6:32 AM EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE NEXT HIGH TIDES AT
  COLTONS POINT WILL BE AT 6:36 PM TODAY AND 7:08 AM EARLY MONDAY
  MORNING. MINOR FLOODING IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE AT EACH HIGH TIDE
  FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS...AND THIS ADVISORY WILL LIKELY BE FURTHER
  EXTENDED.

* IMPACTS...WATER IS EXPECTED TO GO OVER A PORTION OF THE
  BULKHEAD NEAR THE STRAITS POINT BRIDGE, AND ALSO COVER YARDS
  IN THE ST GEORGES CREEK AND ST MARYS RIVER AREAS. MINOR
  SHORELINE INUNDATION IS POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

  WASHINGTON DC SOUTHWEST WATERFRONT WILL BE AT 11:41 AM TODAY.

* IMPACTS...SHORELINE INUNDATION IS EXPECTED ALONG PORTIONS OF
  THE SEAWALL ADJACENT TO OHIO DRIVE AND THE HAINS POINT LOOP
  ROAD. MINOR SHORELINE INUNDATION IS POSSIBLE ELSEWHERE.
