...HIGH SURF ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WAVES AND SURF...LONG PERIOD WEST SWELL WILL PRODUCE BREAKER
  HEIGHTS OF 22 TO 27 FEET.

* TIMING...HEAVY SURF WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...THEN
  SUBSIDE BELOW ADVISORY LEVEL THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...VERY HIGH BREAKERS WILL BRING VERY HAZARDOUS
  CONDITIONS TO THE SURF ZONE...JETTIES AND EVEN POSSIBLY ROADS
  AND PARKING LOTS CLOSE TO THE SURF ZONE. STAY OFF THE JETTIES
  AND NEVER TURN YOUR BACK ON THE OCEAN.
